Your treatment price covers a thorough assessment, a personalized treatment plan, manual therapy, and tailored advice for ongoing care and rehabilitation.

Do you accept health insurance?

We currently do not process insurance claims directly, but we are happy to provide detailed invoices so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider if eligible.

Please check with your insurer to confirm coverage for osteopathic or manual therapy services.


What payment methods do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept cash, debit and credit cards, and bank transfers at the time of your appointment.


Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

If you need to change your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.


Are there additional charges for home visits?

Home visits are available in Aylesbury and Watford and may include a small additional fee, depending on your location. We will confirm any extra charges before your appointment.
